The Exact PipeCut AIR 360 is a pneumatic pipe cutting machine specifically designed to meet the needs of utility companies. Perfect for cutting cement-lined cast iron pipes in challenging conditions, such as in trenches or underwater, this saw delivers optimal performance for maintenance and repair operations in the water utility sector.
With its pneumatic power, it is particularly suited for wet or submerged environments where traditional electric tools pose a risk. In addition to cutting cast iron pipes, it can also be used for cutting plastic, stainless steel, or aluminum pipes. However, users should note that the blade designed for stainless steel will require regular maintenance, such as sharpening or replacement after extensive use.
For greater cutting depth, optional 180 mm blades are available, including different types of discs depending on the material being cut:
- Diamond X180 disc for cutting cast iron pipes.
- Cermet 180 saw blade for cutting stainless steel pipes.
- ALU 180 saw blade for cutting plastic and aluminum pipes.
