This EWM Titan WQ welder is the latest generation of semi-automatic welding machines. This semi-automatic welder model is an ALL-IN machine, which means it includes all the welding processes to work in various conditions:

• FORCE ARC: Compressed arc, more powerful with deep penetration. Reduces welding time by 20 to 30%.
• WIRED ARC / ARC PULSED: Strong arc with penetration stabilization through continuous wire regulation.
• ROOT ARC: For optimal root welding.
• COLD ARC: Welding of thin materials (<1.5mm) with reduced heat input.
• POSITION WELD: For welding in challenging positions.
• ARC PULSE or ARC STANDARD
• MMA welding (electrodes) and gouging.

The package:

• The Titan XQ 400 Puls D power source that simplifies the most challenging welding tasks.
• The water cooler, the 4-roller Drive XQ wire feeder with interior lighting, gas testing, wire spooling, and wire preheating to prevent moisture and hydrogen inclusion risks.
• The 1.8m water cable and the 5m power connection cable: Protected connection of the cable, front-facing connectors on the set-back wire feeder.
• Also included is an electrical gas flow regulator, integrated LAN/WIFI gateway, and wire spool heating.

This EWM TITAN XQ is available in a water-cooled version. The cooling power (1500W) allows for intensive use, ensuring comfort for the welder and effective torch heat protection. It comes with a standard 1.8m cable, and we also offer an optional 20m cable for tasks in challenging access areas.
