Capable of drilling holes up to 35 mm in diameter, it offers great versatility with features such as core drilling, spiral drilling, tapping, countersinking, and reaming.
This machine stands out for its extremely wear-resistant design, featuring a brushless motor and high-quality materials, ensuring up to 60,000 drillings and 300 hours of usage. With a 25% faster work speed compared to competitor models, the AKBU 35 PMQ AS maximizes productivity while extending battery life.
Weighing only 12.2 kg, it is one of the lightest universal cordless magnetic drilling units in the world. It is equipped with an MK2 tool holder, allowing the use of standard industrial tools, and a prismatic magnet that provides maximum stability with magnetic pre-hold for secure alignment. Additionally, the integrated tilt sensor automatically stops the motor in case of slipping or tilting, ensuring enhanced user safety.
The intuitive control panel, positioned within the operator’s field of view, makes it easy to adjust and monitor machine settings, while the magnetic holding force display ensures precise and secure alignment.
The use of AMPShare ProCORE 18 V batteries ensures maximum power for extended work, allowing up to 48 drillings per charge (with a carbide drill, Ø 18 mm, S235 12 mm thick). The COOLPACK 2.0 technology extends battery life by 135%, and the intelligent battery management system provides 87% more power compared to conventional batteries.
