Product Description:
A lightweight design combined with perfect ergonomics and protection for the forehead, ears, and neck ensures the welder's comfort during work. Additionally, increased comfort is provided by the side vision offering a 160° field of view. This side vision is made of DIN 5 tinted transparent polycarbonate. The Kapio S4 is available in each color with or without side vision.
Another major advantage of this helmet is its 4 independent arc sensors, paired with a fast reaction time of 0.2ms for flawless arc detection. The liquid crystals, with an excellent optical classification of 1/1/1/2, provide a perfect view of the weld pool.
The continuous adjustment of the welding shade from DIN 9 to DIN 13 is complemented by the sensitivity settings of the 4 sensors and the delay settings for returning to a clear state. The Kapio S4 is suitable for arc welding, MIG/MAG, and TIG.
Regarding the helmet structure, the Kapio S4 is equipped with a longitudinal headband with 4 adjustments: height, width, tilt, and depth adjustment for welders wearing corrective glasses. The Kapio helmet frame is certified EN 175 B and offers the welder the ability to grind safely.
The S4 cell is equipped with a Grinding mode: the 4 sensors are deactivated, and the DIN 4 shade is locked. The Kapio S4 is available in 5 colors and comes with a 2-year warranty. The Kapio S4 helmet is certified and available with the Airkos standalone respiratory protection.
