The MobileGo is a mobile, compact and powerful welding fume extractor with HEPA filter cassette. This product consists of an integrated fan, an extraction arm (Economy Arm) up to 3 m in length, and a switch box.

The MobileGo is a basic entry-level model, ideal for occasional welding activities.

MobileGoPlus is a mobile powerful filtration unit with HEPA filter cassette. This product consists of an integrated fan, a metal arm (KUA) up to 3 m in length, and a switch box.

The MobileGoPlus is a premium model, ideal for light and regular welding applications. The filtration capacity of MobileGoPlus is greater than the standard model.

This product is designed to consume approximately 2 spools of solid wire or 15 kg of electrode per month.

Fan 1.1 kW, filtration class: HEPA E12 and welding fume class: W3. With a maximum flow rate of 1050 m3.

WallPro Double is a high-tech stationary fume extractor, designed for professional welders. It is suitable for steel and stainless steel welding activities. This extractor is equipped with two extraction arms, a PVA-3000 fan, and a self-cleaning filter cartridge. Controlled pressure cleaning with RamAir amplifiers guarantees effective filter cleaning.

The WallPro ensures the protection of the welder, his environment and the maintenance technician.

The MobilePro is a welding fume extractor with a self-cleaning filter cartridge. This mobile unit is equipped with an ergonomic handle and four casters, two of which swivel for greater mobility.

MobilePro is suitable for many welding applications (TIG, MIG / MAG, GMAW, FCAM, and electrode welding).

The suction arm must be ordered separately. The 3 and 4 m KUA and EconomyArm can be attached to the MobilePro to achieve the desired length.

Filtering surface of 20 m², fan 1.1 KW. Suction capacity 1200 m3 / h max.

MFD is a mobile cleaner for welding fumes and grinding dust close to the source. This mobile unit features the DuraFilter mechanical system, but does not include the extraction arm.

This product is equipped with an aluminum spark arrester and a disposable square cellulose filter cartridge. This filter cartridge is supplied with a precoat which extends the life and initial performance of the filter. The system is equipped with a filter display which indicates if the extraction is still effective or if the filter needs to be replaced

MFD is suitable for welding activities in the field.

Flexible suction arm ordered separately.

KUA is a flexible extraction arm designed for pollutants from fumes, gases and oil mists. KUA extraction arms are made of aluminum, so they are light to use. The hood's 360° handle makes handling the arm very simple, ideal for medium-sized work areas.

The KUA extraction arm represents the most efficient way to remove fumes from welding, cutting and grinding processes.

The KUA exists in 3?m and 4?m.

The Economy Arm is a powerful and innovative smoke and dust extraction arm. This model has a spring-loaded balancer mechanism with friction brake that guarantees quiet operation within the working radius. The nozzle is fitted with a safety grid and a closing damper.

The Economy Arm is an independent model for the MobileGo mobile extraction unit. Available in 3m and 4m.

The Flex smoke extraction arms from PLYMOVENT allow the extraction of fumes from welding, cutting and grinding processes.

The Flex is equipped with a rotating Rotahood hood which is equipped with a butterfly valve which can be opened fully or partially, this allows to control the air flow when opening the hood. The arm features an advanced EasyLift friction system for light and easy arm positioning.

The Flex is recommended for all dry welding applications such as electrode welding, TIG, MIG / MAG and spot welding.
